Torta Pistocchi

After 20 years of culinary history and two experimental ones, in 2006 Claudio Pistocchi and his family decided to devote themselves entirely to the production of the cake that bears their name and that made them famous. For the making: just dark chocolate crus, unsweetened cocoa powder and little milk cream. No preservatives, thickeners or vegetable fats other than cocoa butter. There is also an excellent preparation for hot chocolate, and more than 130 including pralines, bars, chocolate bars.
