At lunchtime it is informal, with its tapas that allow you to enjoy gourmet dishes in small portions and at reasonable prices. In the evening, it is an upscale restaurant, with two tasting menus and one à la carte. The signature dishes are the egg and Tuscan grandma rituals, roast etouffee pigeon with apple and chicory sprouts and venison steak. The genius here is Chef Marco Stabile: shy and yet so friendly, he catches you in his spell dish after dish after dish, but he is never satisfied and always hungry to push limits a little further.
