La Cucina del Garga

The history of La Cucina del Garga begins when Alessandro Gargani returns to Florence after eight years in New York as Executive Chef at the famous Mezzogiorno Restaurant in Soho. It was the family's passion to bring him back home, that love for good food conveyed to him above all by his father Giuliano, for all the Garga. A restaurant-gallery where young artists can exhibit their works, real enjoyment for the eyes while tasting the artichokes with Parmesan cheese and pistachios or the famous Alessandro ribollita to whom Giuliano has dedicated a sweet poem.
