Some years ago, Mario Alberghini decided to move the business from downtown Florence to the Chianti area where two large spaces and ten windows are filled with two different kinds of antiques: nineteenth-century and early twentieth-century Tuscan countryside furniture in the first big room; Haute Epoque furnishings, paintings and objects in the other one. On view in the large square opposite the shop is a wide selection of vintage outdoor furnishings such as stone fountains and basins, and wrought iron furniture and gazebos.
