Located on the left bank of the Arno river, this ice-cream shop is the proud recipient of the Tripadvisor Excellence Certificate and makes use of the best ingredients, such as Langhe IGP hazelnuts and pure Bronte pistachio nuts. 38 ice-cream flavours, including sherbets and semifreddo (Italian-stylesoft ice-cream) in summertime. In addition to the classic flavours, the must-tries are Black Sesame (coming straight from Japan), ricotta cheese from Pienza and figs, peanuts and chocolate, yogurt with strawberries and honey, the Santa Trinita, the Buontalenti with mascarpone cheese and, above all, the dark chocolate. Sherbets are all made from fresh seasonal fruit.
