The Coquinarius was born in 1999 in Via delle Oche, right behind Piazza del Duomo, in what was historically a meeting place already in the early years of the Renaissance: legend has it that the Geese were the housewives who gathered on the streets to tell their stories city chatter. Enclosed by historic walls and beautiful vaults, on the menu you will find fresh pasta, carpaccio, tartare inspired by French cuisine but lightly revisited. Noteworthy is the wine list that offers always different producers, passionate and above all local.
