This market stall, owned by Stefano Conti, is known for its carefully selected and local produce and preserved products. A wealth of jellies, compotes and fruit preserves (mostly organic) in the most unusual versions and flavours (roast chestnut and rum, hot red pepper, green tomato, chestnut and cornelian cherry), which make the perfect pair with cheese. Pesto sauce, pasta sauces, its own balsamic vinegar, the olive oil produced by a farm in Arezzo, San Miniato truffles, organic saffron grown in the Grosseto area, pine nuts from the coast. And wines selected by Manuel, Stefano’s son and a well-known sommelier.
