The shop is housed in a historic sixteenth-century building, in a space featuring eight columns and vaulted ceilings, most probably a former open gallery which was later converted into a stable and carriage house. This shop’s most distinguishing feature is the variety of styles, periods and genres of both furniture and furnishing objects, mostly of Italian origin and workmanship. The business was started in the fifties and is now run by the family’s third generation, Marco and Susanna Baldacci.
