Antico Ristoro was born in 1950 when Silvano and Bruno opened the Fiaschetteria Cambi in the San Frediano district, where they served wine, salami, sandwiches, anchovies, tuna and pickles. The clientele of the time, in addition to the inhabitants of the neighborhood, included the renaioli of the Arno who refreshed themselves with a sandwich and a good glass of wine during the work break. A trattoria that keeps alive its tradition of typical Tuscan cuisine where professionalism and service friendliness are real strengths and the customer feels at home.
