WOW has arrived at the Fusion Bar & Restaurant!

A new way to enjoy an aperitif in Florence

From 5pm to 7pm WOW becomes a Happy Hour aperitif at the special price of 10€.

The experience then continues with the new WOW menu with food & art proposals created by artistic director of the local and of the Lungarno Collection Company and Michelin star chef Peter Brunel; accompanied by a selection of cocktails with a mix of intriguing ingredients.

All was inspired by the new art installation in Vicolo dell’Oro entitled “WOW. Windmills for energy” by Simone D’Auria: a series of large windmills on the façade of the Gallery Hotel Art and adjacent square.
A work of art, but above all a genuine mood to experience at 360° from an aperitif to dining experience.
