Named after artist Lietta Cavalli, sister of fashion designer Roberto and an icon of experimental fashion in the 1970s and 1980s, Caffè Lietta is located in the former Robiglio space in Piazza della Libertà. During the Easter period they prepare delicious chocolate eggs, while all year round you can order their fantastic torta della nonna (grandmother's cake) or the "pirulo", a special pudding with short pastry filled with ricotta cheese, available in different variations depending on the season.

Two siblings, Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi, have been working together in their Florentine workshop for almost 30 years. This year there are many eggs produced with innovative designs: from the elegant striped egg and the leaf egg to more complex creations such as the half-egg with pistachio and bunny. Not to be missed are the eggs decorated with almonds and other dried fruits. Despite the new moulds used to make Easter eggs, the recipe remains linked to tradition. Also not to be missed are Sicilian pistachios covered with white chocolate, sweet orange and salt. Not to be missed is the white chocolate cake with apricot and cognac, which won a World Gold in 2018.
