Monday 11 At the Borgo San Jacopo Restaurant (1 Michelin Star), the third edition of the "spoon" dinner kermesse begins with the chef Francesco Bracali (2 Michelin stars), who will challenge creativity with the house chef Peter Brunel to celebrate the art of conviviality. Classical music at Santo Stefano al Ponte with the usual arrangement of the Fiorentina Chamber Orchestra directed by G.Lanzetta.
