The signature cocktails to taste during Florence Cocktail Week

Drinks designed by Florence's top bartenders for this special week

From April 7 to 13, Florence will host the eighth edition of Florence Cocktail Week, the event dedicated to the culture of conscious and responsible drinking and the enhancement of quality mixing in Tuscany. Organized by Paola Mencarelli, the event involves the city's best cocktail bars and hotel bars, offering a unique experience among signature cocktails, masterclasses, exclusive events and tastings.

In fact, for the occasion the best bartenders in Florence have created special drinks all to be discovered. Here are the signature cocktails that we think are worth tasting.

Alassio, The Hoxton

Signature Cocktail: Momo-iro (Peach Blossom)

Alcoholic Grade: 14.5 percent with 4.5 cl fat-washed Jameson Irish Whiskey, 2 cl homemade grilled peach syrup, 2 cl lemon juice, 2 cl egg white, bacon chip with grilled peach slice and 3 dash of Ferrari Cocktail reduction (Baldoria Vermouth Bitter). Cost 13 euros.

Signature Cocktail: Mrs Malu

Alcohol Content: 24 percent with 4 cl Cachaça Blu Pura infused Lemon Curd, 2 cl Amaro Lucano Essenza, 1 cl Mancino Vermouth di Torino Secco, 3 cl Strawberry Fermented. Cost: 24 euros.
