The new Rinascente of Florence
The Rinascente of Florence is extended and it does so with an original project linked above all to craftsmanship.
After the opening of the Rome store and the restructuring of Turin, for the Rinascente it's time for Florence: the 7 floors of the building set in the heart of the city in Piazza della Repubblica, with a terrace overlooking the landscape between domes and roofs of architecture historical ones, will be completely reinvented. The concept of craftsmanship is the driving and original engine of the store's renewal.
A few steps from the Duomo you will find the best of cosmetics, fashion, food and design, with the precious addition of new products made by hand as tradition dictates and taste typical flavors in front of a breathtaking view.
The new fourth floor of the Florence store opened on February 7, 2019 cancels the borders, ready to cohabit together women's clothes, handicrafts and traditional Tuscan food. A journey through the five senses that redesigns the department store in a new way: it will be possible to find, next to each other, timeless tailored dresses; intimate and beachwear; the resort collection; fragrances for the home and a selection of gourmet items
The Craft Gallery will allow you to enter a real room dedicated to crafts: 60 square meters where you can learn about local and international excellence that stand out for their technical skills and attention to detail. It starts, from February to April 2019, with vases of bills, different materials and sizes.
Sitting at the table and slowly savoring the flavors preserved by tradition is one of the favorite rituals that unites the whole region. A region around which TOSCA & NINO has condensed its philosophy, developing a concept that immediately makes the mouth water. The restaurant and café is located on the fourth floor in a warm and welcoming environment. With a panoramic view of the Duomo of Florence will be open from morning to midnight: perfect for a snack, meals and after dinner.

The restructuring started in September 2018 will be completed in October 2020. It starts from the 4th floor whose work was completed in February 2019; from February to mid-July 2019 it will be the turn of the 3rd floor. From 2nd to mid-October 2019 the 2nd floor works will take place. In mid-March 2020, the renewed 1st floor will re-open, while in June 2020 the -1 plan will be renewed. The restoration will end in October 2020 with the ground floor.
