Harry's Bar The Garden is the result of the merger of two Florentine institutions: Harry's Bar and the 5-star Sina Villa Medici hotel. The Bar is located in the hotel's beautiful garden with swimming pool and continues the tradition of the American Bar, thanks to which Harry's Bar was included by the Daily Meal in the list of the 150 best bars in the world and among the first three in Italy. Every Thursday there is a fresh and elegant aperitif in collaboration with Firenze made in Tuscany.

Born from the passion for mixing of a group of friends, the Santa Cocktail Bar is an elegant and very youthful place located in one of the most beautiful squares in Florence, that of Santa Maria Novella. Their colourful cocktails are served in glasses of the most bizarre shapes and are prepared with carefully chosen spirits and liqueurs from the best brands and homemade fresh fruit syrups. Experimentation is also the watchword in the kitchen: their dishes are a melting pot of international experiences. Founded in 1904 and joined the Locali Storici d'Italia in 1991, this café is an institution in the city. Not only for its splendid location, Piazza della Repubblica, but also for the elegance of its furnishings, which are listed by the Soprintendenza delle Belle Arti, and for its tasty food and drink menu. This summer's cocktail list is a tribute to the great classics but without neglecting experimentation: the Twelve Evolutions born from the skilful hands of Luca Manni enhance the greatest traditional recipes through a personal and original reinterpretation.

A refined and elegant venue, Villa Vittoria welcomes its guests in a finely furnished garden full of plants. The bar's excellent cocktails are carefully prepared by experienced and professional bartenders. For aperitifs, there are four street food islands to choose from: pizza from Ti Stuzzico, Mexican flavours from Maeez, the legendary 180 gram hamburgers and Tuscan cuisine from La Beppa Fioraia restaurant. While dinner this year has a new formula, comfortably served in the gazebos, with a selection of appetisers and pizza alla pala of ever-changing flavours, with the quality and creativity of Lo Scalco. Every evening from Tuesday to Saturday, from 8 pm onwards, live performances and DJ sets.

Inspired by the tropical world, the new Ditta Artigianale is an environment to be experienced throughout the day. The selection of cocktails is entrusted to bartender Emanuele Ventura, who talks about his idea of mixing with a journey into the world of signature cocktails, served with dishes designed specifically for the aperitif. There are also classic drinks and the best gins by Peter in Florence.

Located within the Giardino Torrigiani, of which they occupy about one hectare, the Serre Torrigiani are a corner of natural paradise in the very centre of the city, in the San Frediano district. Inside there are three greenhouses of different sizes and design where flowering plants and aromatic herbs are cultivated and small tables are placed where customers can enjoy excellent drinks surrounded by greenery. There is also a restaurant, Serre Bistrot, which serves tasty dishes ranging from typical to international recipes, to be enjoyed surrounded by greenery.

The new Manifattura Tabacchi is a multifunctional complex created in place of the old Manifattura Tabacchi, a rationalist-style cigar factory built in the first half of the 20th century and decommissioned in 2001. Inside are ateliers, workshops, offices and co-working spaces, residential lofts, a hotel, a student residence and a brewery! It is a youthful and stimulating environment frequented by many artists who are often hosted here for residencies, but also by many young people who enjoy an aperitif or dinner in the two bars that open onto the building's garden.

An elegant bar at the Lungarno Hotel with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio. If from the outside you can enjoy an incredible panorama, the inside of the Picteau is no less: the bar room is in fact furnished with splendid works of art signed by great 20th century artists such as Picasso, Jean Cocteau, Sironi, Rosai and Marino Marini. The cocktails are carefully prepared by two expert barmen Marco Colonnelli and Vincenzo Civita, try their Vintage Negroni, made with original distillates from the 1950s!
