The Franciacorta Festival in Versilia

From 16 June to 25 June Franciacorta Week returns with aperitifs, dinners and tastings not to be missed

The travelling Franciacorta Festival has arrived in Versilia! The festival stage on the golden beaches of Versilia, Tuscany's favourite seaside destination, took place on Monday 19 June, but restaurants, wine bars and wine bars in the area continue to organise aperitifs, dinners and tastings dedicated to Franciacorta every evening until 25 June.

The highlight day of the Festival Franciacorta at the Bussola di Marina di Pietrasanta was a great success. 38 Franciacorta Consortium member wineries were present with their stalls, 500 bottles consumed in 1000 glasses with over 650 entries. Each company presented two of its wines: the brut as well as a selection of the most successful ones, starting with the rosé. Supporting the producers during the tasting were 19 sommeliers from the A.I.S. Versilia delegation.
