The L'Olivo Restaurant, in its evocative setting between indoor dining room and tables in the small poolside oasis, and the Golden Bar, a place of conviviality and original twists, accompany guests in this experience that engages the five senses.

• BREAKFAST

Starting in the morning, it is possible to have a real international breakfast in the lounge or by the pool surrounded by an international atmosphere. The bar and cafeteria service is open daily from 11:00 am to 1:00 am. In addition to the classic cafeteria, soft drinks and healthy and dietary drinks such as centrifuges and extracts of seasonal fruits and vegetables can be enjoyed at various times, while tea is served with special care in the afternoon.

L'Olivo Restaurant, with its cuisine led by Chef Mario Cucchiara, is open daily from 12:30 to 10:30 pm. Continuous hours specially created to meet everyone's needs. True to the great Sicilian tradition, and its culture of aromas and flavors, the proudly Sicilian Chef offers dishes that enhance Mediterranean cuisine and marry island flavors such as the Mezzo pacchero with lobster ragout with buffalo and lime; the Busiate (typical Sicilian artisan pasta) with eggplant cream, mint sauce with cherry tomatoes and salted ricotta. And then, the Mediterranean-style Ombrina with olives, date tomatoes, blooming capers and lemon. It certainly could not miss, the Cannolo as dessert, offered in a decomposed version with ricotta mousse and candied fruit.

• BY CAR

We recommend taking the A12 freeway towards Genoa if you are coming from the south and towards Livorno if you are coming from the north, and take the Versilia exit. Follow directions to the Grand Hotel Imperiale*****L, which is two kilometers away from the tollbooth.

• BY PLANE

The nearest airports are Galileo Galilei in Pisa (only 45 kilometers away-about 30 minutes by car) and Amerigo Vespucci in Florence (100 kilometers away-about 60 minutes by car).

• BY TRAIN

Forte Dei Marmi-Querceta-Seravezza station is 6 kilometers from the Grand Hotel Imperiale.
