The 8th craft chocolate fair is, this year, all about top quality, which is guaranteed by a careful selection of the exhibiting companies. In short, the fair shows the best of Italian craft chocolate. Tradition and handmaking techniques are the key words. Nine bicycles are available to all fair visitors, free of charge for 4 hours
