Every corner of Il Salviatino comes alive for the occasion: the breakfast room, with its nostalgic charm, recalls memories of grandmother's pantry; the Sexy Fish and Oyster Bar offers raw fish, caviar and oysters served with Champagne; the Orangerie Sala Affresco, the sumptuous library and the suite, with its dreamy and intriguing character, add a touch of magic.

The brunch, informal but with great attention to detail, celebrates the pleasures of the table with a healthy and mouth-watering proposal. Ideal for slow Sundays with the family or parties with friends, the menu includes great classics such as lasagne and quiche, fresh salads and seasonal vegetables, along with more sophisticated dishes such as raw fish, carpaccio, tartare, caviar and oysters. Fresh eggs, freshly prepared in the open kitchen, complete the offer.
