Lorenzo Restaurant
Via Giosuè Carducci, 61 - Forte dei Marmi
ph. +39 0584 874030 - 0584 89671
For almost 40 years, the starred restaurant Lorenzo in Forte dei Marmi has been an institution for those who love good food, with fish as a workhorse, but not only, because the owner Lorenzo Viani does not compromise on one thing: everything must be fresh and the protagonist of the dish. Chef Gioacchino Pontrelli has been leading the kitchen for many years and he transforms the raw material with care and passion, without betraying its nature and exalting its taste. In the two wine lists, one dedicated to the national production and the other to the foreign one, it is possible to find famous names and more niche labels. Each bottle is then described with the passion of Lorenzo and his daughter Chiara for the world of wine, and is the ideal complement and accompaniment to the refined proposals of the kitchen.
Filippo Forte dei Marmi
Via Sant'Elme 6 - Forte dei Marmi
ph. +39 0584 81376
One of the most popular restaurants in Pietrasanta, Filippo, last summer also landed in Forte dei Marmi. Filippo Di Bartola, founder of the restaurant that bears his name, began this adventure with Andrea, in the kitchen, and Lara, at the wood-burning oven, because pizzas were immediately a new element in the kitchen, in addition to the more traditional fish dishes. A young and cheerful room that frames a trattoria in Fortemarmino style freely interpreted by Filippo.

Bagno La Bussola's restaurant is part of the famous Bussola di Focette opened in 1955 by Sergio Bernardini. The fish is always fresh, the vegetables come from the restaurant's own garden, and the bread and desserts are homemade. Versilia cuisine, in short. The wine and champagne list is important. To choose a table under the curtains or under the traditional canniccio, it is best to rely on the manager, Alessandro. Next Easter, open Saturday, Sunday and Monday during the day.

Angelo Torcigliani's new challenge is a stone's throw from the sea, right on the beach. A new page in the gastronomic adventure of this enthusiastic chef from Versilia, who has decided to give a turn to his cuisine. The restaurant has been completely renovated, with about forty seats overlooking the sand. The room is all glass, and there is also an outdoor space. Ristorante il Merlo is open for lunch and dinner. Of course, since we are by the sea, the menu includes fish dishes. In fact, there are mostly fish dishes even if some of Torcigliani's great classics (pigeon with black cabbage cooked in pork netting) endure.
Pesce Baracca
Viale Franceschi, 2 - Forte Dei Marmi
ph. +39 0584 1716337
Pesce Baracca is a place with three souls: not only fishmonger and street food but also a restaurant a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Forte dei Marmi. The menu is dictated by the sea and offers a simple, immediate, informal but also attentive to the tradition of classic cuisine. There are first courses prepared with fresh homemade pasta, the inevitable spaghetti allo scoglio prepared with the classic family recipe, handed down from generation to generation since the opening of the first restaurant in 1964. The peculiarity of the restaurant is certainly the possibility to choose fish and shellfish directly from the fishmonger's counter.
