Three restaurants are in Tuscany: let's find out which ones they are
This year, 52 Italian restaurants have been awarded the Three Forks, a symbol of excellence in Italian catering, according to the Gambero Rosso Restaurant Guide 2025. Three of these are in Tuscany. (To see the differences with last year, click here!).
Tuscany is once again the protagonist of the prestigious awarding of the Three Forks of the Gambero Rosso Restaurant Guide 2025. For Tuscany, we once again find the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, which was awarded a score of 93, consolidating its role as a reference point on the Italian gastronomic scene. It is followed by Da Caino in Montemerano, with 91 points and the Piccolo Principe in Viareggio, which scores 90. There is a novelty: the Lorenzo restaurant in Forte dei Marmi, while remaining a reference point for high quality catering, drops to 89 points.
Among the protagonists of the special awards was the Giglio restaurant in Lucca, which won the title of Restaurateur of the Year. A significant victory for the restaurant, especially after the recent decision to give up its Michelin star. The best quality/price ratio was awarded to the restaurant Fagiolino di Cutigliano, in the province of Pistoia. While chef Edoardo Tilli of the Podere Belvedere in Pontassieve was awarded the prize for the tasting menu of the year.
