Star chef Marco Stabile reinvents his restaurant, through three unmissable formulas, all to try: OradariaLAB churns out already cooked hot dishes in ecological take-away packages, from Friday to Sunday from 12.00 to 21.00. The price of each proposal, a real pampering for the palate, will vary from 13 to 7 euros.
"Can't you come to my place? Somehow I'll come to you with the pampering at the table" is the great premise of Ora d'aria a casa, the second proposal of the Stella Michelin restaurant: the protagonist is a 4-course themed menu every week, where the longer preparations have already been made for you and instead, for the shorter ones, you will find step-by-step instructions to cook like a real starred chef. And to finish the proposal A minute of air: here you can pamper yourself with excellent products or small preparations of OradariaLAB to enjoy at any time of the day, or to add to your dishes.
La Bottega del Buon Caffè
Another Michelin starred straight to your home. It is La Bottega del Buon Caffè that has created a simple and elegant way with which, in a few simple steps, you can create 'starred' dishes thanks to the chef who will provide you with everything you need for a gourmet lunch or dinner at home. Orders can be placed from 10:00 to 19:00 Monday to Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00. Inside the order there will be the ingredients individually packaged together with the necessary instructions to complete the dish through the last simple steps. One of the most famous and historic trattorias in the city has given itself over to the delivery of its super simple and traditional dishes. Pappa al pomodoro, fagioli all'uccelletto, panino finocchiona and pecorino cheese, ribollita. You can order it at 055 218550.
Burde
Among the restaurants a real institution in terms of Florentine steak: Da Burde (055 317206). It provides delivery, grocery service and now also take-away, from Monday-Saturday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Orders are collected in the morning until 1pm and delivery takes place in the afternoon. News not to be missed: the steak at home already cooked to regenerate, works great!
Bambi Tripe and Lampredotto
The ancient art of tripe making directly at home. The guys at Bambi Trippa and Lampredotto started delivery after receiving several requests. There is a calendar divided by delivery zones: on Wednesday they arrive in the historic centre, in Novoli and Statuto Rifredi; on Friday they arrive in the historic centre, Scandicci and Isolotto; on Saturday they arrive in Campo di Marte, Coverciano and Settignano.
