After 54 years, the Monsummano Terme-based brand, a company that started out as a roasting company and has been in the cocoa business since the early 1990s, has also arrived in the centre of Florence. The core business is obviously chocolate, with maitre chocolatier Andrea Slitti. There is a selection of fine cocoa from Peru, Venezuela and Madagascar, roasted over an unlit flame. Ideal for buying chocolates in different flavours or enjoying a good hot chocolate.
