Friday, November 27 appointment with the taste and solidarity Palazzo Ricasoli in Florence

Approaching the sixth edition of Tartufile, event which has become an unmissable occasion the Tuscan autumn.

For the first time "away", the appointment is Friday, November 27th at the Palazzo Ricasoli in Florence, at 7.00pm.

Approximately 30 lots of precious white truffle of San Miniato will be exhibited and then auctioned at the Palazzo Ricasoli Firidolfi one of the oldest residences in the city of Florence.

As usual, the proceeds will be donated to FILE, the Italian Fondazione of Lenitherapy Onlus, in support of its service free to the seriously ill and their families in the area.

For this edition, it can win two prestigious and attractive prizes for the participants, that each year, with their generosity, contribute to the evening: a dinner of truffle for two, offered by the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and gold flavored truffle by Manetti Battiloro.

Starring: the culinary delights created by Fabio Gelli, the chef of Cafe C.Risiamo di Empoli; the wines of Fattoria Dianella; the delights of Venchi 1878; the famous sandwiches Procacci and Truffles Nacci, true heart of the night.
