On 10 May, Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar presents a preview of its summer menu with an event designed to enhance a new philosophy of dishes and cuisine.
Cibrèo's world of flavours, within the contemporary and cosmopolitan context of the Hotel Helvetia & Bristol Firenze, has given rise to a desire to discover new creativity, to turn towards new frontiers, transforming the initial idea of this menu into a menu full of personality: a personality that is rooted in Cibrèo's history, in its long journey through the history of Italian cuisine and catering, but also in the personal history and creative input of the chefs who have worked on it.
The menu includes Il Pomodoro, Pe-pe-ro-ne, Timballo al Pesto, Ceci in Inzimino, Il Mare in Tavola and La Tarte Tatin (85 euro Wine Pairing included).
An entirely new and innovative concept, strongly characterising and with great charisma, which encapsulates the Cibrèo values and its typical traits in a fascinating journey, in which Oscar Severini (Executive Chef of the Cibrèo Group) and Gabriele Avanzi (Resident Chef of the Cibrèo Restaurant & Cocktail Bar) in collaboration with Benedetta Vitali, the historic founder of the very first Cibrèo in Sant'Ambrogio together with her iconic husband Fabio Picchi, have created a menu of great balance and elegance to rediscover Cibrèo's history.
