Starhotels Tennis Tournament in Florence

From 28 to 30 May The Circolo del Tennis Firenze 1898 hosts the second edition of the competition

The second edition of the Florence Starhotels Tennis Tournament kicks off, scheduled from 28 to 30 May at the Circolo del Tennis 1898, which, with over a century of history, confirms itself as one of the oldest and most renowned tennis clubs in Italy. Two Florentine success stories will meet on the red clay court: the tournament will be played from 6 p.m. on the courts immersed in the greenery of the Cascine, and will see more than 60 players competing equally divided between men and women.

The first place winners in the tournament will win a 2-night stay in a Starhotels Collezione hotel, while the runners-up will win 2 nights in a Starhotels Premium hotel and the Spa at Helvetia & Bristol will present each finalist with a voucher for two to experience the Roman Baths. The prize-giving and final toast for the participants will take place on Thursday 30 May from 20:30 at the poolside of the club.

The Florentine appointment therefore anticipates the fifth edition of the Tennis Tournament also organised by Starhotels in Forte dei Marmi, which will instead be held from Friday 30 August to Sunday 1 September at the Tennis Club Europa.
