One of Versilia's culinary treasures that thanks to the Bocelli Family, which has entirely renovated the historic bathing establishment, transforming it into an elegant oasis for its customers. The restaurant, directed by chef Mirko Caldino, offers a menu with a strong visual impact and intense taste: for example, some traditional Tuscan/versiliese dishes revisited in a contemporary key. In addition, at guests' disposal is an expert sommelier who can advise on the ideal pairing of wines and proposed food. From this year, alongside the traditional cuisine of Bagno led by chef Caldino, the prestigious Japanese dining brand Nobu, founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, will also be available. The new restaurant is open for lunch every day from 12:00 to 19:00. Every Friday evening there are dinners with special guest DJ Ben, and on Saturday nights dinner is accompanied by live music.

Bagno Santa Maria was purchased by the Pinzauti family who fell in love with this little jewel that has remained unchanged over the years. In fact, it preserves the Fortemarmino style of the early 1960s with its traditional tamarisk trees and green wooden cabins that protect the interior lounges from the wind. The restaurant offers simple but carefully prepared dishes for a sea-view lunch where there is no shortage of spaghetti with clams.
