Where to create your own custom fragrance with a tailored experiential pathway

An olfactory library, a customization workshop, an experiential house and an aromatic garden with an extraction chamber in the heart of Florence. Profumoir is an atelier that offers an approach to perfumery focused on experimentation and personalization.

The project was born from the meeting of Daniele Cavalli with Master Perfumer Sileno Cheloni, united by their passion for researching raw materials and their desire to enhance the city, with its alchemical history and high artistic craftsmanship. The workshop is located in the San Niccolò neighborhood, just a short walk from Piazzale Michelangelo and the Rose Garden, and collects the artistic heritage infused in the city.

Profumoir

Profumoir celebrates an autonomous experiential pathway, allowing people to create a fragrance that reflects their mood from time to time, through the simple superimposition of essences. A new way of experiencing and wearing perfume, allowing oneself to be inspired by individual olfactory notes. Everyone can give life to their own bespoke perfume, surrounded by an organ of 198 olfactory notes, created and selected by the Master Perfumer himself. Oud, Rose, Frankincense, Jasmine, Iris, Neroli and Elemi: raw and precious materials that represent and synthesize the core of a vast repertoire, consisting of more than five thousand odors from every corner of the world, and which in their union precisely give rise to a wide and intriguing symphony of combinations. Just as the seven musical notes, the seven fragrances of the O.R.I.G.I.N.E. line (in which each letter corresponds to each of the raw materials used) symbolize a powerful creative instrument.
