Open Wineries in Tuscany: "Who Vespa ... find great wines"
From May 28 to 29 also in Tuscany over 80 wineries open their doors to wine lovers
Two days to visit the wine cellars of the territory where they are born some of the best wines in the world. Two days to immerse themselves in the unique style of the Tuscan countryside, possibly aboard a Vespa or tasting a good cigar.
A great event for lovers of outdoor tourism, awaited by thousands of wine lovers who like every year flock to the more than 80 wineries that have already joined the initiative.
Hundreds of Vespas arrive simultaneously in the Tuscan wineries open in these two days. A way to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the birth of the Vespa, symbol of Made in Italy in the world, and know the most of beautiful Tuscany. And for those who want to buy wine no problem for the transport, the Movimento Turismo del Vino Toscana has thought of that, thanks to an agreement with Speedy of Florence.
With the Brunello lands to those of Nobile, through Chianti and coming up to the Maremma and the northern Tuscany coast. A vast territory to be discovered through a rich program. They range from music to art, from shows to treasure hunts in the vineyards, passing show cooking and games once. Moreover, thanks to the cooperation with the association Amici del Toscano Club, scheduled cigar tastings paired with wines (reserved for members, age, old and new members of the Club).
In the province of Florence will be thirteen wineries open their doors to visitors on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 May, including the spectacular winery Antinori in Bargino in San Casciano Val di Pesa, while in Greve in Chianti il Castello di Querceto e Carpineto open their doors to Vespas.
