Friday, February 7, a special dinner-event: the unique flavors of Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar meet the art of coffee with experts from the Espresso Coffee Academy

From February 8 to 10, Taste, the must-attend event for lovers of good food, returns to the Fortezza da Basso. But it doesn't end there! The city lights up with Fuori di Taste, an explosion of events in the city's best restaurants, cocktail bars and historic venues. A program full of unique experiences, among which we would like to point out one you absolutely must not miss.

Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar

A special evening on Friday, February 7, where coffee will be the absolute protagonist in an unprecedented gastronomic journey. Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar, in collaboration with the Accademia del Caffè Espresso, has created Nuovo Caffè Paradiso, an experience that combines haute cuisine and mixology in an exclusive location: the elegant spaces of Cibrèo inside the Hotel Helvetia & Bristol. Executive Chef Oscar Severini and Resident Chef Gabriele Avanzi, together with experts from the Accademia del Caffè Espresso (La Marzocco's cultural center), have created an extraordinary menu, where coffee is revealed in all its nuances: from the flower to the berry, to the processing and extraction.

A multi-sensory experience with 5 courses and 4 cocktails that will make you explore coffee in ways you never imagined. Each dish is a surprise, a mix of creativity and unprecedented flavors that will captivate your palate!

The tasting menu with cocktail pairing includes:

  • Entrée: Parmesan Sablé, Green Coffee Powder, Pate and Maldon Salt

  • Appetizers: Espresso Lacquered Scallops and Parsnip Puree Potato Cappuccino with Cardoncelli and Coffee Flower Powder

  • First course: Cappelletti Stuffed with Coffee-flavored Pecorino in Hen Broth with Cascara Oil

  • Second course: Saddle of Venison with Farinata, Chocolate Fondant and Cold Brew

  • Dessert: Coffee Eggnog Cream, Mascarpone Ice Cream and Savoiardi Cookies
