New Year with Lungarno Collection

Celebrate the arrival of 2016 in style with the proposals of Borgo San Jacopo, Caffè dell'Oro and The Fusion Bar & Restaurant

The Executive Chef of the Lungarno Collection, Peter Brunel, just awarded 1 Michelin star, elaborates three exclusive culinary proposals to celebrate the start of the new year, each with a different style and designed for the three restaurants of the group Lungarno Collection.

The Borgo San Jacopo (1 Michelin star) is the restaurant where Peter Brunel, accompanied by desserts created by Loretta Fanella, is fully expressed. A menù for connoisseurs consists of nine dishes, courses of outstanding creativity and culinary technique where you put always a element of surprise (250 € per person excluding wine).

The Italian bistro Caffè dell'Oro, with close-up view of the Ponte Vecchio, could not miss a menù of seven courses, fresh and simple, that celebrate the flavors and traditions of the holidays with a touch exquisitely Italian (130 € per person drinks excluded).

The offer comes in fusion key for The Fusion Bar & Restaurant which to celebrate the arrival of the new year will be on stage with a live buffet, where the flavors of Nikkei cuisine are the masters along with eclectic dishes in a creative mix of Japanese and Mediterranean cultures (120 € per person drinks included).
