From 5 to 29 February 4 unmissable concerts in Prato
From February 5 to 29, eyes on Prato and one of Jazz festival of the oldest and most interesting in Europe. Met Jazz, 21st edition, to the masterly artistic direction of Stefano Zenni, its founder, musicologist, a leading expert of African-American music in Italy, also director of the Torino Jazz Festival and author of numerous essays on jazz.

February 8, Metastasio (Prato)
Unmissable and much-anticipated opening entrusted to a Thelonious Monk turned into a blind rage by Alex von Schlippenbach,
February 15, Fabbricone (Prato)
John De Leo, acrobatic former voice of Quintorigo, dialogues with the piano polychrome Fabrizio Puglisi.
February 22, Fabbricone (Prato)
The Assassins, Italian quartet that combines composition and improvisation, jazz and funk, musical anarchy, catchy riffs and fiery solos.
February 29, Metastasio (Prato)
Closes the festival evening jazz perhaps the most "canonical" with the trumpet of the great Fabrizio Bosso with his quartet and brilliant arrangements of Paolo Silvestri and his small ensemble pays tribute to Duke Ellington.
