Chef Andrea Belfiore, winner of the last edition of Beijing Express, brings all the energy and charm of the Big Apple to the restaurant a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio.
A Fusion Night al Fusion Bar & Restaurant The evening begins in the Library of the Gallery Hotel Art, which is the setting for a convivial aperitif that then leads guests on a refined gastronomic journey to the notes of a sparkling DJ set.
Cappelletti, Orecchiette and Agnolotti homemade by the musician chef are the highlight of the menu, followed by the proposal of executive chef Antonio Minichiello, ready to amaze with the renewed offer of the cult address of the Florentine movida.
