The first Venetian bàcaro in the heart of Florence. In Via San Gallo, at number 41 red, you will find Dorsoduro 3821, a small place as tradition dictates with a few seats, a predominant bar and a cosy atmosphere. With its charm and uniqueness, you cannot help but notice it and fall in love with it.
Dorsoduro 3821A concept opened in 2015. At the helm is Domitilla Celesti Geddes da Filicaia, a Florentine woman who, in love with her Venetian partner, Andrea, and her home region, conceived and had this atypical wine bar created.
Dorsoduro 3821 not only offers 7 different varieties of spritz - Select, Campari, Aperol, Cynar, Rabarbaro, China and Fiero - but also has a wine cellar full of wines, curiously ranging through the great northern regions, from Trentino to Friuli Venezia Giulia, with a focus on the Veneto. In addition, not to be missed in the cellar is the Cimbra beer, from a northern mountain brewery.
Dorsoduro 3821Accompanying the wonderful spritzes are typical products such as cicchetti with tuna and egg, porchetta veneta, cotechino with horseradish, horse or polenta filets with baccalà mantecato; sarde in saor, stuffed sandwiches, carne salada and platters of cold cuts and mountain cheeses.
