Confesso che ho mangiato!, a unique dining experience at the Teatro del Sale
On April 4 a journey of stories, flavors and special guests to celebrate the emotional value of food
On April 4, the evocative Teatro del Sale in Florence will host an unmissable event for lovers of cuisine and gastronomic culture: Confesso che ho mangiato!, a sensory journey through flavors, stories and tradition. The event, conceived and hosted by Davide Paolini, celebrates the emotional value of food through an innovative format in which stories are transformed into dishes and conversations become essential ingredients of a unique evening.

Enriching the discussion and tasting will be special guests Dario Cecchini, the celebrated butcher-poet from Panzano; Umberto Montano, entrepreneur and founder of Mercato Centrale; and Fulvio Pierangelini, internationally renowned chef.

The evening is inspired by the book Confesso che ho mangiato (2022), and the menu will be created by Cibrèo Group Executive Chef Oscar Severini, who will transform Paolini's words into authentic and unforgettable flavors. The menu includes Siro Petracchi's Mortadella Bologna Scottata con Fichi Secchi; Suzuka Kobe; La Lasagna del Monsignore; Rognone e Cipolle Paradiso; and Il Puré dei Puré “alla Robuchon” with Pancia di Vitella and Bianco Mangiare. The cost of the evening is 65 euros including wines. Click here to book this evening! For more information and reservations: booking@cibreo.com | +39 3371580452 | +39 0552001492
