Special menus to experience the holiday in the heart of Tuscany

Those looking for a place among the wonderful hills that surround Florence to enjoy the holidays, can not fail to fall in love with the Relais Villa Olmo Food & Wine Resort.

A delightfully restored Tuscan village where hospitality and good food are the absolute protagonists, together, of course, to its guests.

For Christmas and New Year the stars of the Diadema Wine Bar & Restaurant will be at work: the Executive Chef Duccio Prussi and Gaetano La Mantia, Resident Chef, who since December has joined the Relais Villa Olmo family, bringing with him his important experience even in starred restaurants.

 

The dishes of the two menus (55 euros per person for Christmas, 95 euros for New Year's Eve), made in unison by the two chefs, will then be matched by the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Serena Restuccia (25 euros per person for wine tasting).

Do not miss the two "Special Company" proposals: Menu Damare (45 euros per person, with water, Damare Bianco or Damare Rosso included) and Menu Diadema (50 euros per person, with water, Damare Bianco or Damare Rosso included). For both, the possibility to customize the event with other proposals or adding team building activities before or after dinner
