On 31 December 2017, we can expect a dance party with live music and great dance with the incomparable quintet Love Beat, in the enchanting atmosphere of the Winter Garden By Caino, a Michelin Star restaurant at The St. Regis Florence.

The program? Champagne Ritual with oysters in the Balcony, sophisticated menù of six courses curated by Executive Chef Michele Griglio in collaboration with Chef starry Valeria Piccini:

• Carpaccio of red prawns and caviar
• Foie gras with Muscat jelly and mustard green apple
• Risotto with white truffle
• Beef cheek ravioli with cream of topinambur and fried artichokes
• The deer in the woods
