The official presentation was held at Taste on Monday, February 10 at the Unicredit Taste Arena at the Fortezza da Basso. During the event, the book's protagonists received a special award signed Officine Gullo, world excellence in custom metal kitchens and a partner in the project.

A new presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, at 6:30 p.m. at Giunti Odeon. Joining author Davide Paolini will be Riccardo Mondo of Enoteca Pinchiorri, Giulio Picchi of Cibrèo and Ariel Hagen of Saporium.
