Anti-congregation rules in the streets of Florentine shopping in force Saturday 19 from 14 to 20 and Sunday 20 from 11 to 20
"It's going to be a black dot weekend, the last one before the Christmas weekend. And to avoid assemblages there will be an ordinance for some shopping streets one-way pedestrian." This is the statement made by Mayor Nardella during the usual Christmas greeting (online).
Barricades and volunteers of the civil protection, at least 50 men between law enforcement agencies and policemen, one-way pedestrian streets, no stationing (except for those who are in front of a store, waiting to enter) in the streets and squares of the Florentine shopping and former movida, prohibition to consume alcohol outdoors.
In detail, the streets affected by the measures in force Saturday 19 from 14 to 20 and Sunday 20 from 11 to 20 are:
Via dei Calzaiuoli in the stretch between Via Tosinghi up to Porta Rossa, free for the authorized directors Tosinghi/Oche and Condotta/Porta Rosso. One way pedestrian transit with access on Piazza Duomo side and exit on Signoria side.
Via Calimala, Porta Rossa - Repubblica section, one-way pedestrian transit with access from Porta Rossa and exit towards Repubblica.
Via de' Tornabuoni, one way from Antinori towards Santa Trinita.
Via Pietrapiana, section Via Dei Pepi - Piazza Sant'Ambrogio, one-way pedestrian transit from Borgo La Croce towards Via Dei Pepi.
