- Fresh oyster, gin tonic jelly, caviar
- Roasted sea scallops, on a melon cream, lime and celery sorbet
- Pan fried mullet on a spinach soup and bry bonito flakes
- Home made gnocchi, raw red prawns, saffron sauce and yuzu foam
- Amberjack marinated and pan fried, sarved with butternut squash puree and pocessed roe
- Delicous combination of chocolate and passion fruit
- Coffee with petit fours
