A tavola sulla spiaggia, the winners of the XXXII edition

The awarding of cult dishes at La Capannina in Forte dei Marmi

Winning the 'Scolapasta d'Oro', the coveted prize invented by Ugo Tognazzi for his tennis tournament at Tor Vajanica in the 1980s, was jewellery designer Lucia Giovannetti with a mouth-watering dish from a family recipe 'stuzzicoso di nonna papera allo Scoppolato spadellato con vino Lady F Orpicchio di donne Fittipaldi', thus winning the First Absolute Prize at the XXXII edition of A tavola sulla spiaggia, where this year, for the first time, some champions from previous years were invited to compete.

The Absolute First Press Prize named after Parmigiano Reggiano, the La Capannina Prize and the NERO Lifestyle and Blastness Prize went to Marco and Elisabetta Rogai with their 'zuppa inglese in campana' paired with a FloruS 2020 by Castello Banfi. Defining the category prizes were First Prize Fiore 1827 and First Prize Macelleria Fracassi. On the jury were journalists, opinion leaders, wine producers, restaurateurs and chefs with over 12 Michelin stars including Gianfranco Vissani and Riccardo Monco first chef of Enoteca Pinchiorri.

There were twelve competitors. As many wines were paired with their dishes: from Friuli Eugenio Collavini, from Emilia Monte delle Vigne, from Tuscany Cantine Lunae, Cecchi, Val delle Rose, donne Fittipaldi, Castello Banfi, from Umbria Arnaldo Caprai and from abroad Perrier Jouet champagne. Supervision and all logistics were masterfully handled by Federica Rotondo's Once Agency, while the catering service was once again provided by Ideal Party.
