A new international set in Florence: the filming of Gabriel's Inferno lands in the city center

The trilogy directed by Tosca Musk will air new streaming platform Passionflix

After the filming for the new season of My Brilliant Friend and after the official announcement that the new Ridley Scott film on the Gucci family will pass through Florence, our city confirms itself as a beloved national and international set, with the filming, started on March 9, in the historic center of Gabriel's Inferno, the new international miniseries in three episodes, directed by Tosca Musk in collaboration with Toscana Film Commission, which will be aired on the new streaming platform Passionflix.

Among the places that will host the set: Uffizi, Basilica of Santa Croce, Piazza della Signoria, the Lungarni. In the following days the set will move to the Certosa of Florence and the village of San Gimignano and then go to Umbria until March 26.

The protagonists of the trilogy are the Italian actor Giulio Berruti and the Australian actress Melanie Zanetti.

The story is that of Professor Emerson, an eminent expert on Dante Alighieri, pursued by a dark past, for which he sees no possible redemption, and which re-emerges following an encounter with the young and innocent Julia Mitchell. The encounter will bring back Gabriel's hell of ghosts and secrets.
